Processing Times

We make all of our items to order. Our processing times prior to dispatch can vary by product, and time of year, increasing during peak periods such as Christmas. Our current processing time is up to 3-4 weeks for most items. To avoid disappointment, if you need your item earlier than the stated processing times please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we will be able to fulfil your order in time.

Delivery

Our Free Delivery and stated delivery costs apply to mainland UK only. Delivery to Northern Ireland and the UK's Highlands and Islands may incur a higher delivery charge. If you are ordering from outside mainland UK please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery costs.

You are responsible for providing us with a full and accurate delivery address, and it is your responsibility to be available to take delivery of your order. Please advise us of any restrictions on your availability when you place your order as we will not be liable for re-delivery costs.

We use a variety of courier services, depending on the weight and dimensions of your packaged order. Where possible we use Parcelforce (either 24 or 48) or Fed Ex for small-medium parcels, Parcelforce 24, Parcelforce 48 or APC for medium-large parcels, and we may use a pallet service for extra large or bulk orders. Occasionally we use other couriers, which may offer either a next day or 2-3 day service. We can offer an upgrade to a timed or Saturday delivery service where necessary. Increased delivery charges will apply so please contact us when ordering to discuss the available options.

Packaging

Where possible we use recycled and recyclable materials to package our orders. We receive a lot of items into our workshop in a variety of cardboard boxes and we reuse as many of these as possible, so please do not be surprised to receive your order packaged in reused card. We use biodegradable bubble-wrap and try to keep the use of plastic packaging to a minimum.
